FLASHCARD · VEHICLES & SOUNDS · AGES 2 YEARS
Car Flashcard for Toddlers
The first vehicle most toddlers name, usually shouted from a car seat with total delight. This card gives the word a picture to stick to — red body, four wheels, beep beep.
What this card teaches
Gives the everyday hero of the driveway its proper name and noise.
Make the noise
Vroom a toy car over your knees, braking sharply at each knee-bend.
What it teaches
The easiest engine sound there is, and often the first one said.
How to print it
Print two; cars get loved hard and lost under sofas.
Tip for today
Sound the engine from cold; a slow, sputtery start earns the vroom.
