Boxing Flashcard for Preschoolers
Big gloves, a strong stance and fast straight punches — boxing is the sport of hitting pads, dodging well and standing your ground.

Say it together
“Boxing is punching with big gloves — hands up protecting your face, feet planted, jab jab at the pads! We punch PADS, never people.”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Grown-up holds cushions as pads: jab-jab-cross with the little fists, three rounds of thirty seconds, feet bouncing lightly. The golden rule lives on the card: pads and punching bags only, never at people, never at pets, never at walls.
Quick parent note
Done right, boxing for little ones is pad-work fitness — stance, guard, straight punches and the discipline of where punching is allowed. The rule IS the lesson.
