Archery Flashcard for Preschoolers
A curved bow, a straight arrow and a far round target — archery is the quietest aiming sport: breathe out, hold steady, let go gently.

Say it together
“Archery is shooting an arrow at the target with a bow — stand side-on, pull the string slow, aim… and let go softly. Bullseye!”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Suction-cup bow or a rubber-band shooter, paper-plate target on a chair: the game is the routine, not the hit — stand side-on, draw slow, hold for one breath, release soft. Bullseye or not, a calm routine is the skill archery teaches.
Quick parent note
Slow is the whole sport: the arrow goes exactly where the steady hand and the quiet breath put it. Real ranges have real rules — arrow up only when everyone is behind the line, always.
