Tennis Flashcard for Preschoolers
A racket, a fuzzy yellow ball and a net down the middle — tennis is a rally: I hit, you hit, nobody lets it stop.

Say it together
“Tennis is hitting the ball with a racket — tap! — over the net to your friend, and they tap it back. How many taps can we do?”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Balloon or soft ball, big spoon or paddle: tap it up, let it bounce, tap again. Count your record out loud. When the taps get steady, tap it across the sofa-back "net" to a partner.
Quick parent note
Start with something that hangs in the air and a hit-anything surface — the striking skill transfers straight to a real racket later. Strike-and-watch is the fundamental movement skill here.
