Triathlon Flashcard for Preschoolers
Swim, then bike, then run — no pause, no nap: the triathlon is three sports stacked into one giant race.

Say it together
“Tri means THREE! A triathlon is three races in one — first swim, then ride your bike, then run to the finish. Nobody stops in between!”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Living-room triathlon: crawl across the sofa-sea (swim), ride the hobby-horse or trike loop (bike), sprint to the finish cushion (run). Announce each leg like a race commentator. Three sports, one medal.
Quick parent note
Switching skills mid-game — from crawling to pedalling to sprinting — is a genuine coordination workout, and the made-up race format makes reps feel like a party.
