Airplane, Helicopter, Hot-Air Balloon & Rocket Flashcard for Preschoolers
Ages 3+Air
The sky’s famous four: the airplane with its big wings, the helicopter with its spinning blades, the hot-air balloon drifting with the breeze and the rocket that leaves the whole sky behind.

Say it together
“Airplane! Helicopter! Hot-air balloon! Rocket! The airplane flies with wings, the helicopter goes whir-whir-whir on top, the balloon floats like a giant bubble — and the rocket goes 5-4-3-2-1, BLAST OFF, all the way to space!”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Fly the fleet: paper-plane "airplane," spinning hand "helicopter," a balloon (real or drawn) drifting up — and the countdown: five, four, three, two, one… BLAST OFF, arms up! Then spot them live: contrails for airplanes, whirring for helicopters.
Quick parent note
This is the sky’s front door — the four flyers every child can name by three. The rocket is also the set’s only vehicle that leaves the planet, which makes the countdown the best transition in any preschool day: loud, joyful and occasionally earth-shaking.
