Art Teacher Flashcard for Preschoolers
Ages 3+People who teach
An art teacher is the grown-up who brings out the paint, the glue, the crayons and the big paper — and shows you how an idea turns into a picture.

Say it together
“Art teacher! Paint, brushes, glue — and look, an easel! The art teacher says every picture is a good picture. Mine has a purple mountain!”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Make a two-minute gallery: hang three of your child’s drawings with painter’s tape, walk them like a museum and clap for each one. "The artist" loves an audience.
Quick parent note
Art class is where a child learns that trying beats tidy. If your child comes home splattered, that is the lesson working — the washing machine has your back.
