Exam Room Flashcard for Preschoolers
Ages 3+Meeting the helpers
The exam room is the doctor’s own room — the exam bed to sit on, the little sink, the poster on the wall, and teddy’s seat right beside.

Say it together
“Exam room! This is where check-ups happen. Sit on the big bed — boing! Teddy sits next to you. The doctor will be right in.”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Arrange chairs and a couch cushion into an "exam room" for teddy. Every familiar prop at home removes one unknown at the clinic.
Quick parent note
The exam bed looks big and talks in crinkly paper. Naming it "the sitting bed" and letting a child climb on at home makes the real one just a place to sit.
