Soap Flashcard for Toddlers
Ages 1+Care time
The pink bar by the sink — soap is the magic ingredient of clean hands, and the word works best sung: soap, bubbles, rub-a-dub, all clean.

Say it together
“Soap! Get the soap… water on… rub rub rub — BUBBLES! Wash the germs away. Rinse… all clean! Sparkly hands!”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Wash hands together with a fixed mini-song — wet, soap, rub the fronts, rub the backs, rinse, done — and let the toddler press the soap or pump the dispenser. The bubbles are the entertainment; the routine is the lesson; the same order every time is what makes it automatic.
Quick parent note
Hand-washing is the first hygiene habit and the most reusable — it travels from the toddler sink to every sink for life. A named soap and a named song turn a chore into a ceremony the child runs on their own by two and a half.
