Stuffed Bunny Flashcard for Toddlers
Ages 1+Play time
The cream bunny with the long ears — the stuffed bunny is a toddler’s first best friend, confidant and patient student all in one soft, huggable toy.

Say it together
“Stuffed bunny! Soft bunny, long ears. Hug the bunny — gentle, gentle. Where are bunny’s ears? Where is bunny’s nose? Hop hop hop, little bunny!”
Say it naturally, then wait. Whatever comes back — the word, the sound, a point, a giggle — is the right answer.
Try this
Name the bunny’s parts — ears, nose, paws, tail — by touching each one, then ask the toddler to find them on the bunny and then on themselves: "bunny’s nose… YOUR nose!" Then bunny hops across the floor and the toddler hops too. Two-hops-and-a-hug is a complete game.
Quick parent note
Stuffed friends are the toddlers’ first students: everything the child is learning gets taught to the bunny, which is how the child rehearse it. The body-parts game on a beloved toy transfers to the child’s own body with almost no teaching at all.
